Blendtec Used at the Red Mango

While traveling in Texas this past week we happened upon a neat frozen yogurt shop, Red Mango Frozen Yogurt.
The sign on the door caught my attention. It read:
- All Natural
- No Artificial Sweeteners
- Gluten-Free
- Probiotics
Wow! We had been half way looking for an ice cream shop for the kids (and us) a treat. This shop made us stop in our tracks and enter.
The selections were just enough. Maybe half a dozen. The toppings were dried fruit and nuts and a few cereals…nothing like the sugar laden chocolates and marshmallows at other ice cream parlors.
They had smoothies and shakes and frozen yogurt. It was obvious their goal was to provide a healthy treat alternative. And I believe they succeeded. I had the Hot Chocolate Chiller with Peppermint. To my pleasant surprise they put the ingredients of my Chiller into a BlendTec jar and blended away!!!
Can’t believe I did not get a shot of that, but I highly recommend visiting the Red Mango for your frozen dessert treat.
Kudos to you Red Mango…not only for going healthy but for using the best high-powered blender on the market…Blendtec Blender!

[...] I know, I know, you are thinking “This is a pricey machine”. I agree. But Blendtec has a great reputation for building an outstanding machine and their customer service is first rate. Keep your eyes open the next time you go into a smoothie shop, coffee house or place that may use commercial blenders. It is highly likely you will see a Blendtec in their kitchen.
